CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 44(STA) "An Act relating to the practice

Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute                                                                  
offered on page 1620. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his                                                                
objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS                                                                   
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 44(L&C) was adopted.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                       
NO. 44(L&C) will advance to third reading on the February 1                                                                     
calendar.
